7 Reasons Why You Should Exploring Your Hometown

Have you  ever found a road or places in your hometown that you always keep an eye on it? That curiosity invoking location that you pass by everyday while walking or driving. Why don't you take a look whenever you have an opportunity to wandering around and start exploring that place and here is the 7 reasons why you should exploring your hometown.

1. There is a hidden glory in you own hometown.

You might be settle in there for a very long period of time or maybe half of your lifetime, but, do you really know your place? Try to be a traveller and not just an ordinary citizen. There is a part of your town or city that you did not know it is even exist. Explore the unknown and your curiosity might be rewarded. It is invoking your love to a place and if you look closer with your eye of the soul, secrets and hidden jewels of your hometown will be emerged.

2. Easy on your wallet.
End of the month and you are bored? No worry, just go out and go.
You do not need break your bank to enjoy the sceneries, events and mysteries in your hometown.
The hotel room is your house, try travel in walking radius or by riding a bicycle, slow down,
it is like watching stars in the night, the longer you stare at the sky, the more stars appear.

3. Your hometown is an open museum.
Each settlement has its own history, the abandoned building might be there before you even born.
That rustic car that seat on the same spot over years and that large trees filter the sunlight in the morning.Try to get to know your hometown, not all history were written and not all artifact are in the museum.

4. You got the best of the local
Being in your own hometown, you might have a favourite place to eat, but once in the while do not
hesitate to try different cuisines, restaurant, or even different vendor of the same street food. Outsiders maybe know the popular spots of your local specialities, but it is you that know the best of your local food, artisans, and services, because you have plenty of time to try all the places. You might be the first of among your friends or family to try and to recommend it to other is the best thing to do.

5. Alone or tag along.
Travelling far might be a problem when you have to decide, to either to go alone or with a companion. But it is no fuss when it is only takes 5 minutes to plan your trip to your hometown. You can enjoy peaceful retreat by your own or you can share unforgettable moments with your friends or family. Remember, it does not takes 500km away to be somewhere new and exiting,a change of glimpse is enough to spend your time with your favourite people.

6.Choose one or all.
It is either to do one activity at a time, or all, you always have the privilege to come back or do it again. It is like you missed to watch the sunset or the place too crowded with people, frequently travellers have limited time to spent, and only can do certain activities in a day depending on the weather and the places accessibility.

7.You got a lot to do.
Think your hometown is boring? Well you might need to get out of you comfort zone. What if I tell you it is your perspective to the place is grey or full of colour. Try to think differently, your location might be differ from others, such as you cannot star gazing at night in heavily light polluted city or enjoying shopping in a small town. The activities you can do is depends on your interest and location. Again, escaping our comfort zone is the best options, maybe you love street photography, but have you ever climbed a tree or go to the rooftop to take a photo? It is always up to you of how to keep the fun going rather watching televisions on your couch or playing with your smartphone.


The best is yet to come when you travel in your own place, do not just live there, celebrate your hometown. Be a traveller in your own hometown and always last but not least, safety first readers, before you plunge in to your personal uncharted territory.

Advices from the strangers.

Seems like all my friends are busy with their life and making money, well it is fine, I'm happy for them. I've been working in corporate world for 5 months, and I must say, I'm not that satisfied. I doesn't suit me well. I want to make.

I don't want to whine here, there's plenty of people/stranger said this to me;

// you are not suitable working in office,

//you should be an artist

//wait why? no,, you should go for this

//then what you gonna do?

come on. You don't even know me, and so on, therefore I collect only meaningful advices from them, like,

.keep moving on.

I know, I can't just work for people, now, that's my real problem, I hate to see corruption, office politics, destroying land, excessive consuming. That is my worst nightmare. On top of that, I wasn't to fit in well with people, don't get me wrong, I like people, but the just can't accept me for who I am. I am too different, too gentle to live among the wolf. Too complicated. But it is who I am. I'm thankful God made me that way.

So there, I don't have any final plan or ideoa for now, but I'm exited to find out.

*5 bulan tak menaip ni, 

Hari ni nak buat tech review, Sony A6000 + kit lens 16-50mm selepas sebulan menggunakan.

Review ni ditulis dalam bahasa melayu sebab senang orang Malaysia nak faham walaupun hati ni nak speaking habis *poyo, I know.




Straight to the point okay, ni my first Mirrorless camera, but ni camera ke empat me penah beli,

Overall lepas sebulan me memakai kamera ni dengan kit lens dia, me bagi 9/10 for body dengan 6/10 for lens. Nak bandingkan dengan harga dia dengan specs dia, perghh mmg worth it lah. Me mmg tahu kit lens dia ni tak seberapa, tapi memandangkan sony punya lens system yang mahal gedubuk, me beli gak lah sekali dgn lens, sbb camera ni special nya ada fastest auto focus, dan ada 11fps shooting, so kalau tak pakai lens sony tu rasa rugi lah kan, kan. *me beli kamera ni from KLDSLR.com sbb ni antara paling murah

Ni benda lain yg me suka pasal camera ni,

1. Ringan, dan kenit.
Sesuai dengan me yg suka kehulur kehilir bawa camera, kalau nak bwak DSLR korang tu g mana2 kan susah, remuk tulang sternum kau gantung kat leher tu,, kan

2. Sensor besar,
Dia mmg bukan full frame, tapi kalau setakat serius amatur mmg dah cukup, full frame mahal nok haram, ni APS-C type sensor je, better dari Micro 3/4 kan kan.

3.Popular
Ni best seller okay, aku pun terpedaya

4. DRO tinggi (Dynamic range index)
maknanya kalau tangkap gambar yg backlight still tak over/under expose balance gittu

5. Balance video dgn photo
Sesuai untuk korang yg tak boleh buat pilihan kalau suka berangan jd director film dan jurugambar bugil sendiri/

6. Canggih
sony mmg uptrend sikit daripada canon dgn nikon. sorry canon aku dah ada 3 camera kau, tapi aku berpaling tadah, ni ada NFC dgn internal WiFi hokay

1. skrin tak leh rotate sampai boleh jadi screen selfie
, tapi me bukan jenis suka tangkap muka sendiri, so okay lah, boleh guna wifi dia jadi screen kedua.

Hidden Places Perak Edition

ecehhhhhhh hari ni terasa rajin nak menulis,  memandangkan dah nak hampir setahun selepas dah habis belajar kat 4 tahun perak, dgn esok nak puasa, teringat patutnya hari sebelum puasa tu kitorang convoy pergi kuala kangsar and after that bukak puasa kat lenggong a few week later.... okay lah tak nak throwback lebih2 sedih,,,,

okayyy me hari ni nak tulis pasal Perak, wanderlust kat tempat2 tak berapa mainstream... hahahaha

firstttt 1. Sunset at Sungai Perak, Bota. Tempat ni agak hidden betul, kena masuk lorong kampung kat rumah orang, kat sini ada rumah Mahad Tahfiz or anak yatim tak ingat la pulekkk, tapi ada kandang kerbau kat sini...

 

 Oh tempat ni sesuai untuk tgk sunset, dan agak romantis gittew, jangan nak dating bedua lak..... kat tempat sunyi ni, hokay, sepanjang sungai ni kalau tak jumpa spot yg mcm kat atas tu ada lagi satu spot ada jeti kecik mcm kat pic sebelah tuuu, me mmg kaki rayau gak lah tapi kalau org ajak je lah, me tak kisah sangat tempat org dah selalu pegi, me prefer tempat hidden tak ramai orang... okay kalau chu ols nak sampai ke sini, make sure amik simpang belah kiri before bridge merentasi sungai perak tu yg nak ke arah lumut tewww, and kalau rajin belilah Bubur perak, dgn tanyalah mak cik jual kuih tu kat dlm kampung bota tu tahfidz/rumah anak yatim tu kat mana yeee sebab tak ingat org bawak.....

okayyy next hidden gems,
2. Kledang Hill, Ipoh, Perak yesss Ipoh,

tempat ni tak delah sehidden mana, locals mmg tau sesangat, diorang macam hiking hari hari naik atas bukit ni untuk bersenam, we datang after subuh kot dah ada orang, terkejet sbb time gelap2 tu nampak kelibat putih2 ingat kan apa lah,,, rupanya diorang mmg tak naik pakai torchlight, kitorang lengkap dengan spotlight bagai hahahaha luls, anyway, hiking ni agak penat sbb dia bertangga dan licin sikit kadang2, tapi bukit ni best sbb takdelah tinggi sangat tapi pemandangan dia marvellous 9 bintang especially time tengah kabus tu dgn lampu bandar ipoh to belum padam lagi,, me naik bukit ni 2 kali, first time tu tgh musim hujan so kabus banyak, 2nd tgh musim panas gila babeng kot, so pokok2 atas tu banyak terbakar, serius tak tipu,.,,,
gamba bawah tu second time, terlewat sampai lak

 actually kitorang mcm bertuah kot, sbb kat spot yg kitorang diri ni tersorok sikit, nasib baik ada aunty local tu ckp, ada tempat pemandangan indah di sebalik menara telekomunikasi tu, tempat untuk paragliding,,, we mcm terpukau sbb cantik sangat, menangisssssss kau seriussss

tempat ke 3. Bukit Larut, Taiping, Perak

 Bukit Larut Taiping tak delah sehidden mana kan,,,, tapi yg me tak boleh lupakan, we ols hiking bukit ni sbb ingatkan rendah je,,, tgk2 22KM kauuuuu kitorang berjalan naik bukit,,, fuhhhhh paling mencabar kottt, tulahh org semua naik pajero kitorang main naik je tengah pagi buta gelap....

tapi yg hidden beauty nye dalam perjalanan tu nampak bnyk scenary yg okay lah kalau korang mmg jenis deep deep mcm me.... hahaha, penat nye ya ampunnnn takyah nak ckp, kitorang sampai baring kat atas jalan tu....... mmg tak disyorkan untuk yg lelah.......





we lalu air terjun dgn suhu makin sejuk bila sampai kat atas tu,.... me pulak pakai kasut sneakers converse untuk hiking... mmg disasterlah..... lepas tu kena gigit pacat sampai hari ni berbekas kat kaki..... erhhhhhhh














Jalan dia still berturap, and kadang2 ada shortcut nak potong bukit tapi be careful senang sesat kot seriusss, jalan naik turun naik turun... banyak naik lah kan sbb bukit lollll

mata kau tertumpu kat batu jarak tu je hahahahahah berapa batu lagi ni nak sampai..... anddd kau rasa ni lah mistake paling besar sekali kau penah buat hahahahahha






akhirnyaaa kau akan sampai ke puncak bukit larut ni.... me terkejut sbb tempat ni agak terbiar lah jugak mcm jurassic park, eceh over, hahah, dia ada taman rekreasi sikit atas ni,, and ada menara tinjau sikit atas ni.. tapi pemandangan dia just okay jelah, nampak bandar taiping dgn kuala lumpur

atas ni ada a few rumah boleh sewa and kadang2 ada kabus lalu and agak sejuk yepp

Last last kitorang turun naik jeep sebab gila nak semput kau nak harung lagi 22 km,,, bayaran agak berpatutan nak compare dengan peluh kau hahahahaha

 uihhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh penat tulisssss...

 so conclusion untuk bukit larut ni, kalau nak hike just untuk menikmati alam sekitar sepanjang perjalanan mmg best, sbb kalau naik pajero jeep terus, mmg tak dapat, uncle yg bawak jeep tu turun sumpah best mcm roller coaster kot dia drive hahahhahhahaa

Next...... Tasik Cermin Ipoh...

hahahaha, ni pun satu tempat yg tak seberapa hidden lagi dah,, okay malas nak tulis panjang, nak masuk tempat ni kena lalu kawasan kuari dgn ada entrance melalui gua batu kapur hehehe serius, tasik dia dikeliling batu kapur, cantik... and me pegi sebab nak convo photoshoot dengan studiomate kesayangan.

ni me upload pics je lah, sebab ramai dah tulis pasal tasik cermin ni, but just kalau u ols datang ipoh tu singgah lah ke sini untuk melihat sendiri wahahaha.,

Air Terjun Batu Berangkai, Kampar (hidden)

 Kat kampar ni ada air terjun batu berangkai, biasa orang mandi kat bawah tu je, tapi kalau naik atas sikit ada surprise,,, air hijau jernih.... TAPI, dalam,,, me memang tak lakan nak terjun, mandi dalam tu, takut lemas... tgk kawan me jelah splash2 bawak gopro menyelam, me jadi ikan duyung je lah tepi tu....

tempat ni macam... hmmmm spooky sikit for me lah, tak tau kenapa, naluri tu..... tapi serius cantik... ni lah spot studio mate untuk mandi manda,,, rindu gak hahahahaha nangessssss nak ulang balik masa dulu. hahahah time have fun jelah... bukan exam hokayyyyy

extra bonus.. hahhahaha bigfoot jalan kat padang bungaa.,, hahahahah, ni tempat ni extraaa hidden, hahhahaha, lels, padahal tepi jalan je kat kampar tu, ada  jalan baru nak balik ke seri iskandar, pastu ada kawasan mcm berpaya lah gak penuh dengan bunga ni, awwwww serius cantekkk,, sempat suruh kawan berhenti tangkap gambar bigfoot jap....okay lahh me penat tulis,,  thanks for viewing chu olsssss.....

Hidden Place in Shah Alam ( Bukit Sapu Tangan)

Assalamualaikum, hi hi hi.

"GET LOST, GET FOUND"


So tak delah sedramatic tu, just nak throwback and share balik place yg dah pegi tak berapa lama bulan lepas,.... Bukit Sapu Tangan.

Me dah duduk shah alam ni 23 tahun, tapi me belum habis lagi teroka tempat sendiri, so dalam transition period ni after grad me pun amik masa wandering around places yg orang tak tau pun wujud kat shah alam ni. Post ni dibuat sebab me dah konon nye berjanji dgn kawan me akan tulis something pasal bukit ni hahahaha

Kat shah alam ni mosly kawasan tanah rata, tapi me house nampak kawasan berbukit and me tahu tu bukit cherakah,,, tapi me tak tau pun boleh panjat. Gamba kat sebelah tu me amik dari tingkap, bila lepas hujan bukit tu mesti bekabus2 selalu sangat fefeeling kat new zealand gittew,

Tu lah Bukit Sapu Tangan, terletak dalam kawasan Taman Pertanian Bukit Cerakah, shah alam. Tempat tu ada menara tinjau... dengan kena mendaki bukit yg agak mencabar bagi sapa yang memang sapa yang tak suka berjalan kaki walaupun ke kedai dekat dgn rumah.

Me malas lak nak tulis pepanjang....





Hokay,,, ni lah jalan sebelum nak masuk simpang ke bukit tu, me nasihatkan supaya mendaki awal pagi sikit untuk elak nyamuk dan hawa panas, and make sure bawak air,,, annnddd paling penting jangan naik sesorang, serius agak scary sebab jalan sunyi dan tak macam dalam gamba sebelah tu, jalan dia agak tak terjaga dan jangan naik basikal kat situ, kau nak mampus tolak basikal naik bukit 45 darjah, bawak lah basikal....

Yada yada yada, okay dah sampai pun..... tudiaaa, menara tinjau konkrit gayat gak ah sebab tangga dia kayu, dah sampai kat atas tu mmg banyak contengan like, nama kau dengan awek kau lulz,, guna liquid paper, korang ni malaysian,,, hmm entah lah, malas nak cakap, tolonglah besivik sikit.

Tudia, nampak pokok je kat atas ni, hahhaahha, tak de lah,... nampak gak ah bandar shah alam kat tengah2 mcm pulau, dikelilingi pokok2, atas ni angin nyaman dengan ada helang2 yg say hi kat kau, best gak lah,,, kitorang breakfast kat atas ni, fefeeling mcm makan kat, ermmmm,,, makan kat,.... entahhhh hahahahahahhaha, makan atas menara tinjau leeee










okayyy more gambarrr,
belah opposite nye nampak lah tasik, yg tepinye penuh dengan perumahan habis botak bukit tu, oh wahai arkitek dan construction company..... fikir2 lah sikit..... janganlah semua nak digondolkan demi nama pembangunan, cewahhh aku pulak..... hmmm takdelah,,, just fikir jelah our action will leave footprints, make sure it is good......

sedih gak lah tenguk..... tu kawasan U20 something kot, me pun tak sure,, tapi bawah tu ada tasik, diorang just buat pembangunan kat cerun cerun bukit tu... entah laaaa

 nampak tak satu bandar shah alam tu, ahahahaha, time ni tak bawak telescope pulekkk, tangkap guna phone jelah, hik2,
me bersyukur gak shah alam ni makin towards green sebenar nya, lampu jalan pun tukar LED dah, curlass, pokok2 banyak tanam, pokok buah lagi tu,,, event2 pun dah banyak kearah yg baik, dengan makin ramai orang naik basikal macam amsterdam dah kau shah alam ni, me pun fefeeling gak lah naik basikal kat laluan basikal tu hahahahah, positif habissss, curlass.

Awan mendung yang berarak, cuaca kat atas ni lebih kurang 5 darjah celcius, make sure bawak baju sejuk, lulzzz, hambar. K

ookayyyy dah, malas aku nak taip me me,
sebelum turun bergambo dulu, me yg gemuk tu tgk peluk pokok, naik tiga orang je, bukan gelfren boifren okayyy semua ni, kumpulang broken hearted, ecehhhh hahahaha macamlah me penah berchentaaa, so peluk pokok jelah,,, tree hugger,

okaylah, so sesiapa yg naik Bukit Sapu Tangan ni, silalah bawak sapu tangan, untuk sapu ketiaks basah nnt, kay hambar again.... ni post hambar,

tak sangka la shah alam ada kawasan tinggi, yg boleh hiking, muah muah, kalau tak teroka tak jumpa kan...

perasaan bila kau dah 23, kau still rasa macam baru lepas SPM tapi semua kawan kau sibuk nak kahwin, kumpul harta, sambung belajar lagi, ada kerja bagus.... dan kau,,, kau tak nak pun kejar semua benda tu lagi.... kau nak tak it slow je....
kau tak kesah pun pasal keinginan kawan kau pun, kau feel happy je untuk diorang, tapi deep inside kau rasa makin sunyi bila kau tahu kau makin takde sesiapa manusia kisah pasal kau...


mungkin sebab kau tak macam diorang... kau tak mungkin kawin, ada famili atau at least ada romantic relationship... bila kau tengok gamba kawan kawan kau yang cool tu kat fb, instagram atau diorang borak sesama diorang kat group whatsapps tu yg kau cuba nak leave sebab kau macam halimunan kat situ je.... kau akan rasa hiba... hiba sehiba hibanya,.... bila malam hiba tu makin dasyat....

 dan walaupun kawan2 kau duduk dekat je dengan kawasan rumah kau tapi kau tak jumpa pun dgn diorang sebab kau rasa macam loser, tak de duit, mak bapak bukan orang kaya tak setaraf dengan diorang.... dan sebenarnya kau kena carik duit dengan berniaga sendiri dan kawan kau still anggap kau ni pemalas, malas carik kerja tapi sebenarnya kau kumpul duit untuk kerja, beli baju kerja, sediakan duit untuk sebulan tanpa gaji

 dan bila yang kawin kau rasa makin sedih,, sebab kau tak kan dapat kehidupan macam tu, sebab kau tahu ianya bukan yang terbaik sebab kau dijadikan lain.... tapi kau tak nak pun lagi semua tu.... kau nak bebas lagi.... kau suka menyendiri,,, bukan sebab kau sombong, tapi kau takda apa2 nak cerita, dan kau pula kekok untuk buat kawan baru...

Kau bersyukur kau still ada a few kawan menangis yg tahu pasal kau, bukan kawan kau yang hanya judge kau pasal rupa, pekerjaan, harta benda kau je....
Dan kau bersyukur tuhan kasi kau kesunyian
supaya kau lagi dekat dengan Dia...
Akhir kata kau rasa makin better bila kau rasa perasaan dan tulis...
